How to order You can use the Browse or Search functions to locate the items that you would like to purchase. Click on the Buy logo and you will be taken to a new screen that shows you the content of your shopping basket. If you would like to purchase more than one item, click on search or browse and add additional items to your basket. Terms and Conditions of Sale Payment must be made for all orders prior to despatch unless other arrangements have been made. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. Brown & Gammons Ltd will not be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit unless an insurance fee has been paid. Shortages or damage claims must be made within three days of receipt of order. All packing materials should be retained. Carefully check all deliveries for condition before signing ANY acceptance note. In the event of non-delivery 21 days after placement of order, please advise our Parts Staff who will be happy to investigate. Should any part give cause for complaint, please advise us immediately with full details of usage together with Invoice Number and date of purchase, when we will be pleased to investigate. Our parts carry normal and reasonable warranty but claims will be limited to the value of the component. Parts ordered in error may be accepted for credit with the agreement of the Company, but a handling charge of a minimum of 10% has to be levied to cover administrative costs.
