There are hundreds of thousands of car parts in the aftermarket unfortunately we cannot hold in stock every part for every vehicle despite having over 20,000 sq ft of warehouse capacity. We aim to hold the most popular items in any range, which normally means an 80%+ pick rate of our most popular ranges. If we have the item in stock your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. “Non Stock Items” - items we do not hold in stock will normally be despatched within 5 working days. In the rare occurrence that our supplier has no stock we will endeavour to notify you within 48 hours of your order so that we can discuss how to progress your order. “Items No Longer Available” – a percentage of our parts lines have become no longer available over time. These are clearly listed as NLA – No longer available and are displayed for your information only.
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Brown & Gammons website. All prices are correct at time of display online. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be contacted and asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to despatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order.
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.
