Adding Items To Your Basket
Adding items to your basket couldn't be more easy! Simply choose your part and select the "Add to Basket" button! Check you have the right quantity, and note our units of issue ie pairs, packs of 10 etc. (don’t order 10 packs of 10 when you only want 10 washers!)
To see what is in your basket, you can click the shopping cart button in the top right hand corner of our website. This will show you a list of the items you have in your basket and your current price total.
Checking Out
Once you are ready to pay for your order, click Checkout button.
How To Remove An Item From Your Basket
If you no longer wish to buy an item, but still have it in your basket, just click the "Remove" button next to the product.
Shipping Status's
Your delivery will be dependant on the items in the basket for small light weight items we use Royal Mail as the most cost effective method. Their service is now very good, however of course if you have an issue please contact us. If you need your order via a particular courier/faster please leave a note in the Add A Note to My Order? section of the checkout page, or get in touch via our contact page here. We will advise and confirm that this can be done and any cost implications.
Product statuses are shown on each of the item pages. They are as follows:
IN STOCK AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DISPATCH
This item is in stock at our main distribution warehouse and shop and will be dispatched to you the same working day (if ordered before our cut off times) and can also be picked up from our shop. (If you are traveling far to visit us please order online for click and collect, but wait until we have confirmed that the goods are ready for you before you set off)
LOW STOCK
This item has a low level of stock, hopefully we will be able to despatch as per the terms above. However sometimes stock may have run out faster than the site has kept up. If that is the case, we will contact you to let you know of any delays to despatch.
OUT OF STOCK
This item is currently out of stock. Please get in touch for more info on whether this item will be coming back into stock soon.

Sadly this item has been discontinued and will not be coming back into stock.
Using Discount Codes With Your Order
If you have a discount code, you can add it onto your order by typing your code into the box provided on the checkout page, please note the codes are case sensitive!
Your basket should automatically update.
This will then update you basket total and show the amount of discount you have saved on your order!
If your discount code was unsuccessful, this may because you have miss-typed the code, not applied case sensitive lettering or the code may have expired and is no longer available for use.
Adding Notes To Your Order
You may wish to add a note to your order, you can do this by selecting the "Add Notes To My Order" button, found on the checkout page.
In here you might want to state if you would like your items to be sent by a particular courier, ask us to check is it correct for your vehicle, tell us of any other shipping address details we may need to know about.
Payment
Once you are ready to check out, you will need to select your country, tell us your postcode and select the delivery service you would prefer. If you are shipping to an overseas address then the basket will remove the UK VAT element.
After clicking calculate your shipping price will be added to your order.
