Your Right To Cancel
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Your Right To A Refund
You should get a refund within 14 days (however in 99.9% of cases the refund is processed within 1-2 days of us receiving your return). Refunds would usually clear back into your account within 3-5 working days, depending on the service you used to make payment.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
Exemptions
There are some circumstances where Brown & Gammons Ltd will not give you a right to cancel.
These include,
• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts:
• Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
• Contracts for the supply of goods which are other items.
