Payments

To make purchasing from Brown and Gammons MG as easy as possible we offer a wide range of payment options.

Credit or Debit card payments

We accept payments via most major credit / debit cards via our secure online ordering system on our website or over the telephone by calling 01462 490049. We will only post out to the card holders registered address. Your credit / debit card will be charged when the goods are picked and ready for despatch.

Paypal

We do not accept Paypal.

Bank transfers

We accept a direct cash deposit or bank transfer as a payment option. Please follow the simple steps below to ensure a fast and hassle free transaction. We can post out to any address if you are using this payment option.  Please remember that we only quote/invoice in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP).  The funds we receive into our account need to match the order value, any bank charges from either side must be paid by the customer.

Due to the large amount of transactions we process, please include a reference which is unique to you when making a payment. It is crucial to reference the payment correctly so we can allocate it the right order quickly.  Please use your Account Ref Number, your Order Ref number or Quote Number. Failure to do this will cause a delay in processing your order.

Please note we can only process and dispatch your order when the payment has shown and processed into our account. International can take up to 7/10 days to show in our account.  Although more recently these timescales are much reduced.
